Thanks for the confirmation on negotiation.I have a part time pressure washing business. When I talk to a client on the phone. I name my price and silently bite my lip. I do not open my mouth until they say something. it works! They sometimes counteroffer, but we are in the game.
That’s cool. I had a pressure washing business back in the late 90’s. Had several contracts and a decent side income. I liked it, but didn’t have the time to grow it back then. I am way too old for that work now!
It is hard to be confident when making an offer. But yeah, make the offer and let them make the next move. NO APOLOGIES! But sure, sometimes negotiations are needed, but always stick to your top dollar price. Good Job Scott!
